The new stadium would only have to seat 25,000 or so, if that. The location in or close to where a proposed Nats stadium was located - by the Innovative Technology Center - might be a good choice. Another site could be the area bordered by Rt 28 to the west and Frying Pan Rd to the north. DC United would sell out in the Herndon area, for sure.
