While riding on Lawyers Road, I've put almost 2000 miles on my carbon fiber-laced tires over the past 6 months, and have had no flats. Terrain I've been on ranges from smooth pavement, harsh pavement, and hard gravel for several miles - a good range. We had these invade our house 30 years ago when an adjacent Ash tree was dying. There were thousands of them, everywhere. After the tree was finally cut down, these critters disappeared after a bit.
