Good. Maybe all of the roads south of Richmond can get paved every year instead of every other one.

My mom has a bottom mount freezer. It seems like it'd be a pain in the ass to bend down to get stuff out of it. However, it's likely that people go into the refrigerator portion more often, therefore most of the time everything you want is more elevated. I have a side mount fridge. I actually don't like it. The one big positive is that easier to divide things into categories on each shelf, o

I'm sure it's public. Everyone knows that anytime a public company strikes a deal with the government, all the public company does is collect profits while public money is used to maintain the "services".

I don't know much about asphalt work, but most contractors of any type have a "minimum charge' for small jobs such as yours. I kinda need to do the same thing, but it's waaay smaller than 100 sq. ft - like 5 square feet in the shape of a right angled triangle. You and I would both pay a shitload of money for it to be done. The square foot cost would be off the charts. that's why I still live wi

While it does sound suspicious (and defamatory if untrue) I find it hard to believe that if you were having an affair on school grounds that you wouldn't take the time to get yourself together before exiting your love nest.

Ditto on the "stay away" comments. You do NOT want that in your yard. It's nearly impossible to kill off if you ever want to take it out. They say you can corral it if you plant solid sub-grade "borders" like sheet metal all around the area you want to isolate, but it's got to go down about 24" and it's not foolproof.l Hay Zeus is pretty spot on with the Leyland Cyrpus. Once they take root (

People at their core are assholes. Especially around here. When my son was little, maybe 5 or so, we signed him up for soccer. He was the kid who was over in the opposite corner of the field from the action looking at bugs or whatever. He wanted NO part of playing soccer (and sports in general) and we pulled him out about 4 or 5 games in, but not before some asshole dad started yelling at him

Have membership to Costco and BJs. For what we normally buy, the prices are almost identical. However, each has some things the other doesn't. For $100/year, it's pretty inexpensive. However, you should definitely comparison shop against Walmart and Target, because it's 50/50 as to who will be cheaper on a unit coat basis.

Never been to Guapos, but I think Uncle Julios is overpriced. It's just generic chain tex mex and shouldn't cost what it does.

What were all of the other residents doing when this witchhunt was going on? If my HOA dues were increasing exponentially because of a HOA's bullshit lawsuit moneypit, I'd go to a meeting a file a motion to cease and desist, get a petition to stop the madness, and try to dissolve the board. That HOA would have another lawsuit on its hands by trying to get me to pay the increased fees for someth
