Yeah. they suck. No, they really do. They couldn't diagnose a problem if your car was KITT and could tell them. I used them twice on my previous vehicle and both times the particular problem still existed after I paid them over $400 each time. took the car to another shop and boom..fixed.

Go to Goodyear Gemini, they are the best alternative if you don't want to take your car to a dealer.

Goodyear Gemini, don't want. Franchisees are often rip-offs. Try to sell you inflated services you don't need like 500 dollar front-end realignment. Again, don't want.

I went to Mr Tire. I told the lady I only wanted cheap tires to get pass inspection since I would be getting rid of the car in a year. I asked her please no hard sell, no extended warrantys, no roadside assistance just let me get the tires and gtfo. She offered no argument and I was out in an hour.
