I have never been known as a fan of the Fairfax County police, but I think a few calls or even a visit to the West Springfield sub station might well result in a crackdown on hazardous parking. The cops and parking enforcment patrol University Drive near the Fieldhouse every Tuesday and Thursday because it is easy pickings on those days. Why not add Roberts Road to the list?

The list of witnesses in a court case is not likely to be sealed. Psychological evaluations are a example of something that MIGHT be sealed.

If anyone works near the Fairfax Courthouse, please look up this case in the circuit court records. The case file should show who was subpoenaed to testify at trial. Even if the "victim" did not testify, she likely would have been subpoenaed by either the prosecution or defense.
