A case is normally "nolle prossed" (slang) so that the offense at hand can be re-charged at a later date if needed/necessary. Normally you would want a case to be dismissed so that it couldn't be charged again for the same offense.

Hershey Park is a VERY nice, clean park with plenty of cooing shade trees. They have a very good selection of roller coasters and very low gangsta/redneck level. Also, in the past, when you went to the park after 6pm to buy a ticket for the following day, they would give you admission to the park 6pm to closing on the day of purchase.

Alexandria uses traffic adjudicators to hear their parking ticket cases. They have the tag the tag correct and they are close on the rest. I say your chances are slim. Good luck anyway!
