one of my friend's purse was stolen from SuperTarget on 28 on may 6, anyone happen to know any information?

Target was SO sketchy and told her they had no camera footage of it.

I will give a suggestion so this doesnt hapopend again. Go on Google and do a search for tools that private investigators use. Specifically, look for a device that be used for tracking people. I know they sell these type of devices because I have seen them on the Internet. Have it sewn into your purse. Next time its stolen you will be able to locate it immediately. I dont know how mych they cost though
