What are they doing to the old Exxon lot on Burke Center Parkway?

I've seen a lot of activity over the past few days at the old Exxon station on Burke Center Parkway. What is going in there? Please tell me it's not another bank.
Really? Had no idea they owned anything other than Davis'. The owner always seemed pretty down to earth and local yokel to me, surprised he’s got such entrepreneurial prowess.
The neon open sign was on in the window today, but the place looked deserted. I heard they are planning to move the Dairy Bar to the Burke location. Might explain why they haven't opened the dairy bar in the Clifton location yet. Peterson's is better anyway, IMO.

You ought to see that yokel's house. Your house would fit is his stable with room to spare.

Slightly off topic but I agree Elie's Deli is nothing like it used to be. Once it got sold the new owners cheapened the deli meat. It's that disgusting slimy stuff. Haven't been back in at least a year or two. Best deli in that area is now Bernie's off School Street. They have strange hours though so if you're thinking about going there for dinner, guaranteed they're closed by 5 or 6 p.m.
