Hi all 5am guy checking in again. 5am guy is very unhappy because there is a contractor working all night at 5am guys workplace. The air conditioning units in most of the server rooms are being replaced one at a time. 5am guy is having difficulty pooping while someone else is in the building. 5am guy will have to put up with this all week and there is a good chance 5am guy is going to have a nervous breakdown. 5am guy has not called out sick in several years but 5am guy might do just that.

I think I am okay brownonion but I am gonna die of bordum sittin here at home till nex Thursday. Looks like I will be okay on money but I wont have any sick leave left afta this episode. Something I learned on this thread a year or two ago came in handy today. I was visiting one of my kids in Fairfax and stayed overnight last night. On my way home this morning while driving on interstate 81 I cut what I thought was a big fart that turned out to be a liquid shit.
I don't remember who wrote about this but I remembered the trick. I went into a rest area stall and dropped my pants but left my underwear on and sat down. Taking my swiss army knife I carefully cut both sides of my briefs in half and dropped the briefs into the toilet. Thankfully the industrial duty VDOT toilet was able to handle flushing them. I then used a generous portion of municipal grade scratchy toilet paper to clean most of it up then drove home and showered.

Hey now! Not much activity here on the FYBDW. I was talking to a kid down here at JMU who is a regular at the IBS support group therapy sessions at the east campus library where I work sometimes. He was telling me that he met a really nice girl there and is now going steady with her. Just imagine that, a nice young couple being brought together by IBS. That is a great life lesson right there, it proves that even when life is giving you shit a little bit of happiness can still be found. They even went on a road trip to one of the beaches in Florida last week when we had Spring break. I hope they stay together and live a happy life.
