I agree with BEH, and its right in my backyard. I would rather have it there, for not only what BEH has brought up, but also for keeping unoccupied people, for whatever reason, its not for me to judge one's life story, doing something productive.

This actually decreases the crime count. Homelessness isn't going away, and most figures point at 1,500-2,000 in Fairfax County. So until a better solution, such a full term housing with programs can be done, I have to say kudos to the Lamb Center. The staff there is compassionate, but at the same time, if you step over the line enough times, there are consequences.
