All of the conditions that I listed go hand in hand with people who are overweight. One, because the conditions alone are so taxing on one's system that individuals often succumb to feeling like shit and out goes any sort of active lifestyle. Second, because these conditions are maintained with medications that lead to extra weight as a side effect.
