Yes, it's illegal. You're supposed to stay IN YOUR LANE when going through a traffic light. It's doubly important to do so if you're making a turn at the intersection. Otherwise, there's no way for other drivers to know where you're going to end up either in the intersection or when you get to the other side of the intersection, and that causes accidents. Signals are also required, not option

Don't think anyone should be required to register for Selective Service - it's a horrible way to get a military with high morale. It should be optional for men AND women to put their names in once they hit 18.
