Indecent Exposure in Fairfax Co.

Anybody know this guy? He showed up at my work and exposed himself to a woman in the parking garage.

Indecent Exposure (red on map), 11:20 a.m., Jan. 2, 14800 block of Rydell Road, A 50-year-old woman reported that while walking near the community pool, a man engaged her in conversation. He then exposed himself to the victim. She walked away and called police. The suspect was described as black, around 20 years old. He was about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 175 pounds and was wearing a dark gray, hooded sweatshirt, black sweat pants, and red shoes.
