Thanks for your reply brown onion. I have pretty good bowels I think compared to some of the stuff I have been reading here they are better than I thought. I work for a water and sewer utility so you could say my life is shit.
Anyway I found a picture of loaf on google image. The loaf can contain dam near anything like salad,beans,rice,cereal,fruit,hamburger,cheese,nuts. We would blend it all together and add water if it was too thick and flour if it was too thin then smear it 3/4 inch thick on a couple huge greased baking pans and bake at 375 for about 25 min.
