I took a dump about an hour ago after having a 7-11 quarter pound chili-cheese dog and a bag of chips for lunch. Not really a wise choice nutrition wise.

You could try a sterno stove. I have one for power failures, it is a soft yet steady heat.

The past four days have been rough, with today being the unfortunate climax. My bowels hadn't moved since Thursday, but I could surely feel the fecal quagmire amassing in my colon.
More than half a week of sluggishness, morbid gaseousness and cramping. Then finally, the laws of gravity prevailed, the unstoppable behemoth emerged.
Not sure if "relief" is the right word, but it sure feels nice to have finally exorcised that demonic stool.
Only now is the aftermath. Tissue damage, inflammation , bruising.
Then another in about 4 or 5 days, I get to do it again.
Now excuse me, its time to run to Walmart for some castor oil.

My big payload dropped at work today. I had to use the 5th floor restroom because there was no way I could make it to the little used 3rd floor mens room. Several comments were made around the water cooler about the supposedly horrific fumes that were drifting out of tat room.

Hi all, 5am guy checking in again. The guy that works at the 7-11 I regularly go to was telling me about upper deckers. I had never heard of an upper decker before today. Apparently it is when someone drops a log into the tank on the back of the toilet and it slowly dissolves up there and makes the toilet water brown and foul smelling for days. He says it is a harmless yet comedic joke.
Has anyone here ever received or given a upper decker? 5am guy would like to hear about it, thanks!

Hi all, 5am guy checking in again. 5am guy cannot stop thinking about upper deckers. There is so much information about them on the internet that it is amazing. I just cant believe that 5am guy got to be 37 years old without ever hearing about them.
5am guy was talking to a tow truck driver at Dennys a couple hours ago, he said he has given many upper deckers using the "salad tong method". The procedure for the upper decker is much easier with salad tongs that you use to transfer your poop from the lower deck to the upper deck. 5am guy thinks the salad tong method would be easier than the direct deposit method.

User name deadly combo, please do not spread false rumors through your write ups about a potentially life saving procedure. Colon cancer is easily one of the most preventable cancers, as it is easily treated if caught early enough.

Please quote the "false rumor" I spread regarding OF68's colonoscopy he's having today. Are you saying the worst part of the procedure for patients undergoing the colonoscopy is the procedure itself? Did you not use anesthesia if and when you performed them? The "worst part of the ordeal" referred to the colonoscopy prep, and NOT any potential colon cancer that MIGHT be detected.

Please quote the "false rumor" I spread regarding OF68's colonoscopy he's having today. Are you saying the worst part of the procedure for patients undergoing the colonoscopy is the procedure itself? Did you not use anesthesia if and when you performed them? The "worst part of the ordeal" referred to the colonoscopy prep, and NOT any potential colon cancer that MIGHT be detected.

I feel such profound sadness for my sister Matilda.
She had her doctors visit, and for her to not only be muzzled but chained to that cold metal table, as a man with thick fingers and a ring basically searched her rectum, I just wish all of us with bowel issues had it better.
Having fingers like bratwurst is scary enough, but the lack of a human personality and conditions like this are very painful. My sisters ass is sore, and to experience this plus the sneer of a nurse Ratchet like lady, let's just say she's not happy nor am I. I hope the doctor enjoyed his post exam cigarette, but gets some awful disease.

The cold mucous cubes have been completed. Compared to waters quick freezing at 32 F, the mucous takes a bit more time. This is unique, because fecal and other impurities have been removed.

It was so embarrassing, but I'm glad my roommates believed my story about the dog being responsible.

5am guy checking in here. 5am guy wishes he could leave an upper decker here at work but the toilets here are all the power flush type that have no upper deck. I guess I could leave a lower decker but that would not be as much fun. The people who work the day shift look at 5am guy like he is crazy for working the graveyard shift for over 5 years now, they do not like 5am guy at all.

It's fiber boys. That's all it is there . I strongly suggest high fiber natural cereals everyday. No artificial nonsense and lots of prune juice. A week of that I am sure it will make life a lot easier.

I played hockey many years & it can require dietary planning, to avoid on ice incidents. A 2 plus hour game can be miserable if there is a little belly wobbling.
I saw this article on how goalies deal with it. I always avoided tomato sauces & high fat items on game days. I was a skater, so my issues weren't as tough as a goal.

Yeah, glad to hear that Brown is okay. The wife and I are going on a little road trip for the holiday weekend and that means there is potential for my bowel bustifacation syndrome to kick in. She booked two adjoining rooms at whatever hotel we are staying at so she can enjoy her own odor free bathroom.
We are eating at some Italian place Saturday night so it could be bad.

This cold weather isn't so good. It's time for chili Mac but I worry what it will do. Hot chocolate on top of that. Just worried but time will tell.

I appreciate everyone's kindness. This thread means a lot to me, and I hope for each of my brothers in bowel and their bowels.
My poor sisters visit to her "doctor " was traumatic. Its amazing alone they didn't put a gag ball in her mouth, while she was up on that cold table with her asshole up in the air.
I thought a few days on the eastern shore would help her, but the bed and breakfast we stayed at had non bowel friendly foods and staff. It was so insulting for the Lawrence of Arabia like owner, to refuse discounting our bill, and trying to get us to pay for the wetback plumbers response to our room.
The woman literally had her shit packed in, so it's no surprise the groan throne got clogged up. Frustrating but another period of hostility from those with superior bowels. Arrogance, just arrogance.
