I had a big one tonight. Even more odd is after the big one that filled the bowl was a small extra surprise. The amount of bad smells was overpowering. In addition to pain horrible odor. It could be dirt related odor but not sure.

Inspired by some of the more positive posters on this site I decided to try a little bike ride. I cleaned off my Trek hybrid filled the tires and took a spin. I made it about 10 minutes when, on the second hill, my IBS took over and I had to return home to clean up. I was hoping exercise could help the stress of caring for my sister.

The bacon and peanut butter sandwiches I had last night and today for breakfast and lunch have taken their toll on my bowels. I have enough money for a couple large chilis and a biggie bag from Wendys so I will try those tonight to see if I can get things moving again.

Rice beans and canned vegs friend. The peanut butter is ok but the bacon is expensive and very unhealthy. For $10 you could cook enough beans and rice to feed yourself for a week and have leftovers. Go to H Mart or Costco and buy a 20lb bag of rice and a 10 lb pound bag of beans. You could even go to shoppers and get salt pork for another 5 bucks.

On another note, Brown you might notice that most if not all the problems on the chart are easily fixed with a nutritious diet of fresh vegetables and probiotics found in yogurt. I eat these almost exclusively. Add soy and yogurt and coffee to the list and you have 90% of my diet. I exercise every day and maintain a healthy weight. I have constipation maybe once a year and diarrhea maybe 3-4 times a year. Its stress and mental illness causing the suffering described on this thread.

From what boiled tells us it sounds like he has no problem. His bowels seem to run like a brand new tractor-trailer. He has some of the best bowels on earth and he is constantly testing their limits. He is probably fairly young and has a raging metabolism.
