IHOP in Centreville has a guard at least on weekend-nights. He was packing at one point. Another time I saw him with no weapon. So I wonder if it was even real. Since someone with authority, assignment, and training would always carry. He's a chubby black guy with corn rolls. They way he carries himself and interacts with customers, some of them his friends, he seems like the least eligible guy
