Re-reading the original post, probably the least-prosecuted crimes are the sodomy/adultery laws, right up there with the WiFi that pgens mentioned. Speeding gets a lot of play, I would think.

This is a dumb topic, cuz the question is very poorly worded. I'm not sure how you could clarify a question like this, but I know you mean something like what is the easiest felony or hard crime to get away with.

I mean theres all sorts of petty ways to break the law. Take a sip of beer in your home, illegal. Smoke a cigarette under age. Change lanes without using your turn signal. Jaywalk. The list goes on.
