i was at elementary schools recently for voting and etc
Fairfax never used to have mexican women in an office for "managing" mexican labor and materials for the elementary school "day to day operation"
No infact they had a grounds keeper / maintenance man (perhaps two) and that was that. Not a team of mexicans continually doing useless work using chinese imports "dictated" by an mexican lady with her own management office (IN EVERY SCHOOL MIND YOU - weren't not talking principle or area manager)

It seems the moral of the story is if you are going to steal make sure it's white collar crime. Most judges seem to think a good education should limit jail time. They also figure one can't make restitution from jail.

Do not give those fuckers your money. They will just go shopping. The schools, teachers, and administration is still shit despite all these "fundraisers."
