The LC attendee's are moving around from one party campsite to the next in all the wooded area's around closest to the LC as well. The trashed area's they leave are too apparently obvious of this. And since the fx police have slightly cracked down on their more permanent camping in the area, they just are obviously sneaking around more getting better at it!

Everybody knows these orgs are getting a tax dollar for every two dollar's donated these day's. This was a Bush, Jr. Bill passed during his presidency. Right about the same time this Lamb Center and other similar orgs sprouted up out of nowhere. The answer is yes. The LC is subject to Health Dept. Inspections. But the rules ( law ) is pretty much ignored there. Ol' Black Betty was the Kitchen Queen last I went there. She is something else. You should go back and read thru some of the wild posts about Ol' Black Betty in this thread. She is constantly hoarding the donated supplies in one of her two garages at her $550,000+ home that she has all to herself. All the while jumping up and down fussing at homeless people coming into the LC for using the supplies there that she keeps at a minimum. The garage is jam packed full of everything the LC would need for months along with her own selfish needs and she acts as though a homeless person should not use a paper towel at the LC. Its totally ludicrous. Ridiculous. It just a small part of the larger embezzlement going on regularly at the LC. The supplies donated are meant for the homeless ones arriving at the LC, not for her own personal use and interest.

The FX JUSTICE SYSTEM needs fine, upstanding confidential informants like Bill Abell around. He will be back. This is just a temp witness protection plan program for him. They will wait for things to cool down for him around here and he will return with a name change or something.
