Skyrocketing at places like the Lamb Center as well. But instead of helping the homeless and truly needy ones they are hoarding it all and focus most of it on the jail hopping substance abuser's, the triple dipper's already getting more help than they need and the illegal immigrants. Director there a few years back that did get caught stealing. Embezzling. All the same. They quietly shoved it all under the rug and he left quietly. They have to do it 'quietly', or it would seriously damage the organizations reputation along with it threatening the privilege of filing for the matching federal funds. Stealing ( embezzling ) federal funds makes it a very serious crime. Falls under 'felony charges' and the punishments are far more severe than stealing just donations or bubble gum at the candy store.
