In Richmond, the state legislature is considering passing a "stand your ground" law like in Florida. This, of course, led to the tragic murder of Travon. But let's look at the problem that caused that law to be adopted. Violent scumbags like Bill Abell, James Ware, and, YES, Tough One terrorizing the community. If they get in your face, you cannot strike first to defend yourself, because then you will be the one going to jail and getting an assault record. They know this and exploit it. And then there are the other ones who are punks and try to provoke you into pushing them and then call the police and get you arrested. In spite of the tragedy down in Florida, I want Virginia to make a Stand Your Ground law. That way, these predators could be dealt with (WITH A BASEBALL BAT WRAPPED AROUND THEIR HEADS). I volunteered two years at Lamb Center, and feel sorry for this mentally ill man. He's not happy with much in life as his primary mission in life is to spread misery, and ultimately hurt homeless people. The Lamb Center showers are regularly inspected by the health department, who often are on site.

You can trust the Lamb Center, as all of its finances are clearly listed on its webpage. Its also part of the United Way, and has the oversight of an independent board along with churches.

Its not a shelter. What the Lamb Center is, is a place where homeless folks can get counseling, a hot meal, water, blankets, alcohol or drug classes, along with referrals to government agencies.

Its up to you whether or not to believe it, my recommendation is to visit the Lamb Center. You might just be surprised by how well it is run, and its not a government operation, hence why they didn't mention it. Its a faith based one, and of course based upon separation of church and state, there's only so much that can be done due to that legality.

? I saw bill abell at the library, too, on the computer, this thread, website! He was real busy for a long time posting away! I thought the ip address site at the fx library's were blocked by this websites foynder, but bill somehow hacked around it and was just typing and posting away! And it was the lc thread, this website! I never would think bill abell was that good at internet hacking. He obviously has a lot of hidden talents no one knows about. Like the others are posting about. I would guess what motivates him the most with such things is his weakness to addictions. (Substance abuse)

Been there, done that, and the lamb center's real title name should be Stagnation Station! A good lesson for Dave and the rest would be to have them have to utilize regularly the men's restroom for when they ever need to take a shower, shit or shave until they see what it is like , first hand, to get the funky rare tropucal rashes and diseases the shower stalls are causing. Yeah. Like the toenail rot thing already posted about. And look around on a given day when most of the regulars that go there and simply observe how just about all of them have this weird, unheard of problem caused by unsanitary, biohazardous conditions left unchecked. It is simply inhumane. And to have to deal with all this while trying to get back on your feet again ? Impossible! When I have to spend all day dealing with getting cured from the variety of ailments the place causes, how do I have time to even work, never the less anything else!
And, oh! As soon as you get a job, day one, ZIP! Nada! The usual daytime work shift starts before, goes thru and after the lamb center closes, so any help you might have somehow gotten at the place is cut off by this equate!

About just over a year ago, the Veterans Administration in D.C. recommended to go there for help, and first hand I experienced exactly what this thread is all about. At one time or the other you run across and learn about the ones mentioned on various posts. James Ware the Whacko profuse bald faced liar. Turtlehead Smitty. His prostitute Barbie with the snake tatto's all over her boobs. Bill Abell the Big Spoiled Baby being too regularly pampered by Dave. All of it is true. The Triple Dippers with the Dead Beat Dad's jamming up the entire place with their kids for no reason but to hustle their WIC and Food Sub Allowance credit cards to the highest bidder. Then you see the same ones down the street at the church with the food pantry's getting free food there, too. It is just all a bunch of highly criminal shit going on at the average Joe and Jane's that need help's demise! They lie straight up to Dave and the ones running the lamb center about why they need to be there from the get go, hustling him, the staff, fraudulantly scamming up the entire place! Bill Abell making the regular booze runs for too many of the local school kids showing up for same. Doing drug runs for them as well. Of course, as explained by others, he is not the only one. I won't go into listing all of them. And you see the same ones regularly at The TRURO Church on Sundays at Pastor Munny's Love The World Fellowship. During the winter at the FACETS Hypothermia Program. Pastor Pat's gatherings in Greenbriar and on Movie, Pizza Friday's at night at the lamb. Everything the above O.P.'s are posting is all true as shit! And they really put a big damper on these places for no good reasons. You end up spending so much time trying to get the help offered, it becomes, most the time, self defeating. Muted by these same types mentioned with more and new ones alike showing up day in and day out. The place is only so big with so much limited capability with the services offered, Dave should just straight up be honest, for example, and politely ask the, for example, triple dipper's to just, simply, take their faudulant asses and get the fuck out and stay out!

I will be contacting the F.B.I about the O.P. post and this ongoing felony activity being allowed to run rampid at the LC and these other places. Besides, these triple dipper's have no business even showing up at a homeless help center for help when they are already getting plenty of helop already. As soon as you see the parents with their kids in tow and the dead beat dad straggling along in on the side, you know immediately that they have shelter provided at least with your tax dollar, their bills are paid, they get all the help they need with a red carpet ride. So why are they even there if not to commit some sort of scam felony? The facts are the facts involving this. How about starting with the Department of Agriculture. The Social Security Office, and then work your way into reporting this very commonly broken felony law, finally and additionally to the F.B.I. And let us make sure they know that the Director and the ones in charge above him, as well, know exactly that these triple dipping felons are being aided and abedded in commiting these felony's by them, as well!

Dead Beat Dad's? I overheard one of the Dead Beat Mom's, and most of them are most always fat heffer's with plump kids getting plenty to eat, obvious, bragging how her and the dead beat dad is regularly raising five to six hundred bucks a month doing precisely the fraud detailed in the above posts by the above persons posts. And she even asked me if I wanted to get all the food I wanted from any grocery store at fifty percent off with her food stamp allowance and WIC food allowances. Of course, I declined, quietly. Don't they know that this is a, like major felony? Yeah, right there at the Lamb Center sitting at the prayer, dining table in front of Dave's office. And I swear, Dave was just right there and must have overheard at least some of it. He must know that this kind of stuff is going on with these types coming in there. He has to. And he and the rest of the staff there are helping them do it! Right there in front of God and everybody. How can this be happening in a House Of God?

I have been told by many that no one, that is and means no one, under the age of 18 is even allowed in places like the Lamb Center. This coincides, of course, with the above posts information. Because everyone knows, including the law makers, that parents with children under 18 are eligible for all sorts of special help and are very readily taken care of by the system. Immediate welfare housing. Food allowances in a multitude of ways already mentioned. Bills paid. Yes. The taxpayers money is readily and immediately made available to parents with children under 18. And these types, technically and factually have no real need to even be at a place like the LC. It is ludicrus for them to even be showing up there, these types. And when they do, the real reasons they show up are the highly corrupt ones as mentioned in the just previous posts. And what any parent in their right minds would bring their children into such an environment anyway? Especially with all the help they are already getting? The above persons posts about this is oh so to obviously true. It is to hustle up, fraudulantly, cash for things above any basic needs for them. I have been approached by people with their food subsistance EBT cards in front of the Safeway down from the LC. Parents with their children with them even, trying to offer buying groceries for you for the cash. I, and I watched as others, of course, declining to participate in such a highly criminal act. But, eventually, they run across someone that accepts the offer . They are seen going into the store, getting large amounts of food from these hustlers, and, in exchange, handing the hustlers wads of cash. Then, at some time or the other, you see these same hustling parents back at the help center getting more food help? Going to the food bank at the church? It is just totally immorall.

That is spelt 'immoral', truthsayer! And it is even more 'immoral' for anyone working at such a religious backed org like the Lamb Center to be allowing such activity involvement going on and being based right out of their so-called help center. I like what a previous poster posted describing that they are all rotting in the same hand basket together on their way to hell. And it will be with the director Dave leading and cheering them on declaring the trip to Hell was and is in the name of God and in accordance with His teachings!
