Are federally mandated to report all the help they get to The Social Security Administration. Help with food. Any monetary gifts of any sort of worth, etc., etc.
And if they do not do this it is a FEDEEAL CRIME.
IF THEY GET CAUGHT NOT DOING THIS THEY CAN EASILY LOSE THE GOVERNMENT TAX DOLLARS THEY GET FOR LIFE!
It IS a very serious crime for a recipient of any sort of government aid/help to not report such things as GIFTS or any type of 'outside' of the government help they get. If they do not, then it becomes a FELONY. FOR EACH INCIDENT!
And the government has been and still is cracking down on these sorts of crimes.

The employer gets over not having to do the paperwork and everything involving the ensurance of the taxes are being paid and get over big time only paying the illegal $4 and hour getting labor done dirt cheap as well! All this is super illegal! And collectively, this is dragging the economy even further down!
