It is a beautiful morning here in Harrisonburg. I took a early morning walk from my house to the east campus library where I took a nice long dump in a secluded 2nd floor restroom. Walking helps my bowels quite a bit and this weather is wonderful. Best wishes for all the BiB's here!

Kids down here at JMU are loading trucks with bottled water, beef jerky and peanut butter to send to the flood victims. Well, the kids have been moving back into the dorms here at JMU, all 21.000 of them. Many of the freshmen will be having a hard time adjusting to the semi-private toilet facilities in the dorms. For most of these kids it's just a minor adjustment but for others it leads to bowel problems. Fortunately the school has programs to help these kids but some are too embarrassed to seek that help.
