I don't think they make the full auto anymore, just 3 shot burst. I may be mistaken. Easy way to tell if the sidearm is a glock or sig is if it has an exposed hammer, it's the sig, if not, it's a glock.

You can carry openly in places that serve alcohol. Do some research, as it appears you did earlier in your post. Don't spread misinformation.

You can get the glock in any size chambered for the .357 SIG round, their 31, 32, or 33 model. It's actually not very popular and is not a cheap round to shoot. Wal mart, when they have any, sells it for over $15 a box and shooter's paradise has range ammo for 14, way more than 9mm or even .40. I love it though and feel it is well worth it.

If I had to venture a guess, due to the timing, I'm putting my money on the drunken ramblings of one Officer Fasci.

Police officers are given tremendous amounts of power and when they run afoul of the very laws they are entrusted to enforce, they deserve much more severe penalties than ordinary folks.

Yes, but the charge for refusing a test is not a DWI charge.

But police do carry firearms, which was my point. If it is enough to disqualify a civilian from carrying, it should have the same effect on the police. I know, they don't usually carry concealed, however their badge entitles them to do so while on or off duty in the Commonwealth and many if not all other states.

I've been legitimately drunk in public many times, this was not one of them. Whatever you think you know about me is way off. I don't have to justify myself to you, simply sharing an anecdotal experience.

But cops are so good at "smelling alcohol on the breath." If that was enough to convict me of drunk in public, it should be the same for this guy's DUI. And also, if a concealed carry permit holder is convicted of DUI or drunk in public, he loses his permit. This guy would not be an effective police officer if he couldn't carry his gun, so he should certainly be fired.

And Kimbo is a "streetfighter" who was used to beating up guys smaller than him. He met his match, and lost.

I hope the next streetfight I'm a part of I can tell the guy the "rules" beforehand.

I don't know if it's on that site, but when he went against the UFC guy, he couldn't get up afterward

I can't find anything in the news about it either. Seems to me that this would be covered by more than an FCPD press release.
