Diamonds are not rare at all, the market is heavily manipulated. The market is controlled by a select few big companies who own the big mines. This is a common gypsy scam, I first noticed it in Rome back in 1998. Sometimes the baby is a doll but its covered up with tons of blankets so you can't see that its fake.
