Christmas was great. I have a new Xbox phone and even some new apps my mom paid for. My dad bought me ten brand new Switch games. Its different having the obese neighbor dressed up as a Christmas gift, but my mom has been giving me more hugs. She put stickers up in my room that read safe zone. I am happy.

Imagine that sociopathic Grin smile turned upside down. That was me twenty minutes ago, as I birthed with the help of midwives, a sputnik sized shit that ripped my starfish to bits. One has to wonder the PSI amount. My toes ripped tiles out. Am grateful the midwives put me in a sitz bath where my bowels will be primped.
Christmas is good. Matilda our kids and the rugrats will be here soon. We have enough food to feed ten villages in Madagascar or one of those non white areas featured on the back of the Washington Post. Hope all have a merry Christmas and that your bowels endure the season.

We have lots of leftover ham from yesterday. I am going to fry ham, potatoes and onions all together to make breakfast. I think my bowels can handle that maybe with cheese and hot sauce on top. I would fry eggs with this but I am all out of eggs.

Triage the ICU in my house. The midwives left detailed instructions to my sister and my kids, nephews, and nieces. Have to be turned side to side to allow my bowels to heal but not get bedsores. Its nice having white family members do this instead of some unreliable wetback.

I just don't understand all this talk about poop. Just eat healthy most of the time and treat yourself to some really good food that is not so healthy maybe 2 or 3 meals a month and that's it. Just poop before showering every single morning, it takes like 2 minutes!
I eat lots of fruit, oatmeal whole grain breads and fresh or sometimes frozen vegetables, a little peanut butter some brown rice. Once a month or so I might go to Ledo's and have pizza and beer with my friends and yeah it's not healthy but it's in moderation. If you eat Ledo's every day you will be very unhealthy.

Just read a thing on IBS in my magazine from Lifetime gym - you freaks are doing this to yourselves. You may have messed up bowels but you can heal them by eating certain foods and avoiding others and reducing stress. Start with elimination diet removing dairy, gluten, yeast, egs, corn, soy, and peanuts. If it helps you are allergic to one of those. Then, to heal the gut you eliminate the food that you are allergic to plus limit carbs and sweets and focus on greens, and fruit and clear broth for a month or two.

I am still staying with my grandma. We are at a local reasturant and I just ordered grilled tuna steak with green beans and wild rice. I think that is a bowel friendly choice. My grandma told me that if I can keep my grades at school up she will help pay for my college education. I am her only grandchild and she said she will send me a check for 200 dollars a month for 4 years as long as I am working hard to get a degree. I thought that was very nice of her.

Have had a relatively quiet day. Matilda and I took the rugrats to negroland in DC to see the Smithsonian. These young fucks are smart, and glad as we are white we didn't take the urban decay train known as metro. I am horrified as my dad says he's washing mud off of his penis, but it smells terrible. The obese neighbor is moaning in discomfort on the sofa, with some sort of warm cloth on his buttocks. Good morning BiB's! I just wanted to say that I think I discovered the most bowel destructive food on earth yesterday. We had some friends over for lunch and they brought a mini crockpot full of sausage dip. It is spicy ground sausage melted into cream cheese with rotel spicy tomatoes with green chilis mixed in, served hot and dipped with fritos scoops. The stuff was absolutely delicious but oh what it did to my bowels! Talk about weapons of ass destruction!

At breakfast today with grandma my mom dad and the obese neighbor. At least today they were wearing clothing, although I think the obese neighbor is wearing a thong. The two of them darted non stop at breakfast, and I could barely eat my granola bars as they snarfed up pancakes.

You could have made a spicy veggie chili dip that would have tasted great and used endive or even toasted whole grain pita to dip with. Yes you could have even topped it with nonfat greek yogurt.
