I've heard they still have some members around here. Anyone know if they are still in Fairfax? Whatever happened to Dutch Burhans, Cheyenne Richter, and Dickie Scarborough?

A bunch of the founders were from Virginia and Lou Dobkin lived in Vienna for a time in the 60s. I think Domino and Apple were from Arlington. Those were some wild times.

back in the '60's seem to remember large Pagan contingent hung out at the pizza joint at Fairfax Circle, the recently departed Pizzarama, and sometimes at the burger King up towards Kamp Washington that was 40 years ago

For any Pagans or Calvert Hell's Angels there is no such thing as an "untimely" demise. They are "inevitable".

Outlaw life style = 1. death; or 2. many years as an Arian enforcer in one of our many fine federal correctional facilities.

Once I accidentally cut off this older guy on a Harley a few years ago and he gave me the middle finger. He had one of them 1% patches on his little leather vest. I swerved towards him and he ran off the road... didnt seem that tough to me!

Yes, they also controlled a lot of the meth market around Fairfax. In Clifton a Pagan's shed was surrounded by cops because he was making pcp in there. Pagans were some bad ass people! Back in the 70's or 80's they had stuff like Kill a Cop Day.

I'm not saying those outlaw bikers aren't some pretty rough dudes, but going against the Mafia they would be out-gunned, out-financed, etc. They might be able to make some trouble with a small outfit, but they're not going against any of the large families.

When people see "club colors" in bars, leave them alone. Clubs have specific rules of who they can allow in their social circles. It is best to mind your own business because, more often than not; they are talking "club business." Knowing it is not your business, do not include yourself out of the blue. It is considered "disrespect" to them. If you're uncomfortable around the club, finish your drink, whatever you're doing and leave. There's no sense in hanging around feeling anxious. If club members approach you for any reason, don't start mouthing off about other clubs. Why? It is a bad way to get an ass beating. Treat club members with respect and they will respect you back. Start anything that offends them, you're already in trouble. Take a swing at a club member because of whatever, you're toast and about to get your ass kicked. One swing will get the entire club after you. Simply point people: respect bikers or pay the price.

Hi old Timer2:

I do not know of that Pagan of whom you are inquiring to. The Pagans MC/Fairfax chapter appears to be keeping a very, very low profile due to a recent loss of a friend/associate of a former Pagan.

R You talkin about a nice guy that lived with his mom? I can't think of his name right now, but I don't think he was a real Pagan. Later in the 80's he was a car mechanic in D.C.

Probably, I knew his kid and he told me his dad was a Pagan if its the same guy, His dad had a black Harley and I remember seeing it in front of school when I went there. I know the kids grandma drove me back to school one day from the house to catch the bus so if this guy had a son then its probably him. I think the family worked for the school for years doing maintenance and possibly owning the buses.

The friend/associate of a Pagan was not a Pagan. He is survived by his older brother, who is a former Pagan. As I recall, both guys worked on houses putting down carpets down and other types of construction.

Dutch Burhans and Dickie Scarborough aren't role models, they're not even human they're cartoon. Some of the things they do may cause a person to get hurt, expelled, arrested, possibly deported. To put it another way don't try this at home.

Yeah dutch and his buddy got blown away in lynnhurst apartments in 1980,no doubt about it. I was there soon after it happened and i was riding my sportster chopper ,so i got accused of being a pAgan among other things .I was 22 at the time.i'm not gonna name names.Dutch fucked up he brought pistols to a shotgun fight and got his buddy killed during the argument ,who had nothing to do with the illegal problem that was the subject of the entire episode..No charges were filed against the shooter.----------------Another subject unrelated to this... RIP to Timmy Hall, a tragic loss to a great guy with a helluva great sense of humor, among many other good attributes.Who left this world ridin his bike this August on a sat nite at 1 in the morning.

I also know what 81 stands for too. PAGANS & HELLS ANGELS do not mix well. Instead, when the 2 clubs encounter each other, all HELL breaks lose. Someone or several bikers ends up getting seriously injured during violent fist-fights, hand-to-hand combat. Weapons are used unfortunatelly. I won't mention what kind of weapons are used. What it comes down to is TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS. Consequences can be minor to major and sometimes resulting in death.

Familiar with that TV SHOW, "GANGLAND"? Airs on the History channel. There was a documentary about "THE PAGANS" a few years back. That episode can be found on http://www.youtube.com/. That also gives society, the general public who are clueless about 1%ERs, a window into "THE PAGANS MC".

Nobody even mentioned the pagan welded in the 55 gallon drum ~ in the Delaware river ~ oops

Apple became a preacher by the way that was sometime after the Falls Church
House with the monkey

Leon died prior to 1989 ~ don't remember the year ~
Don't know what happened to Greenwood but he ended up dave Chairs bike
Salty Dog is dead ~ was part of Tysons
Stringbean was still alive the last I heard but he was retired
Gabby is still alive, heard from him from time to time also retired
Gabby's ex-wife died a few years back in Winchester
Falcon is dead in 1989
Don't know what happened to the Doc to the Pagans ~ Doctor Dave Chairs or his old lady Bonnie ~ he did own land in Columbia ~ but who knows ~ He is a story in himself
Don't know what happened to Dicky but I still have a purse he made in Prison
remember how he was shot in the mouth by the Pagan's while in prison

The pagans were real active in No VA in 1997-1999 ~ there was a major bust in Woodbrige, Arlington, NJ and a few other places ~ guess some have gotten out by now

Get a life. I've seen bikers(plural) get their asses kicked by a bunch of yuppie dudes in a bar wearing CAPS jerseys.

So I guess the moral of the story is don't fuck with CAPS fans if you see them in a bar. The one biker got beat down bad!

Remember a lot of bikers have records and don't want their asses arrested or dealing with the police.

Looked at the website
The pics after the info about Timmy, who died did not load
but I looked other pictures ~ the peope there are years younger
than me ~ I remember both the Annandale Grill and the Sunset Grill (it was Tom Weston's, then it became the Sunset Grill ~ but I don't know anybody in their pics on the WNC website
I do know Alias (I guess it is the same Alias) he is still in Springfield,Va as far as I know ~ last saw him about 1 1/2 yrs ago ~ he was a 1% er but not a Pagan in his younger days now retired from that club
I split from NO VA ~ about 1999 and moved to the country in Central VA
There were a number people who hung around Falcon's House in Burke (Pagan),
Some who come to mind are: Fat Albert, CG (died), BF, Nose, Freddy Fuckles (died)
then later after Falcon retired ~ he became a member of the Free Brotherhood Church, some of those people were Fuzzy (whereabout unknown by all), Ajax, Zulo, Scrounge, Butt Fuck (has had a stroke)
I am from the time frame of the Pimmet Hills fame in Falls church, the Pagan House in Burke, the one that burned,...
then there was a time I was in southern VA for years with my ex ~ President of yet another club ~ knew a lot of people down that way but not Pagans
then back in No Va after I left him ~
time frame I bought my first HD in 1967 ~ 1963FL ~ so been ridin nearly 50 yrs

There are two types of bikers, yuppie weekend wannabes and real, unemployed dirtbags. The former are not worth discussing. The latter may start out all full of noble, freedom loving, wind in the hair idealism. Soon enough, they get hungry. Eating requires money...an this is where the meth cooking, hos and criminal activity come in. Not sure who thinks any of this silliness is cool, hip, or tough. I just think of bikers as hobos who happen to ride a big machine...they are a far cry from the returning WWII fighter pilots who founded MCs in the late 40s out of boredom with society. Would I fuck with em? Nope. Nor do I fuck with anyone I don't know, cause all people can be dangerous mofos.

Serious question here and not trying to be a smartass.

I am told that "dirty colors" or even a "bad smell" on a biker can often be due to it generally being considered bad form to wash or clean your "colors", or club insignia since these represent your history with the club. this varies from club to club.

I'm honestly just curious if this is true and at what point (if this is true) does a biker eventually wash his colors/insignia when the smell/dirt becomes too much even for him?

Hey Biker Bitch,

Where was the house in in Burke? Is it the same place that the black girl was raped and the Klan shot up? Was it on Burke Station Road or Guinea Rd? I'm fuzzy in the brain.

I remember when I was a kid we would go visit my grandparents in Woodbridge and on the corner of what is now the Prince William Pkwy and Route 1 there was an old house that was run down and looked like it was abandoned. I think it used to be the corner of Longview and Route 1 but that area has changed so much I'm not sure, there is a bank there now. Anyway, I remember that whenever we passed by that place there were always motorcycles parked out in the front and there seemed to always be a bonfire going and a bunch of people hanging around drinking. I was told that the Pagans hung out at that place and not to go messing around or snooping over there because those people did not want to be bothered. I'm just wondering if my parents made that up to keep me away from the place or if the Pagans really did hang out there?

Falcon's brother Jimmy died recently, as did his sister Sandy's husband, also his sister Lynn has passed
Monk is still alive and doing better
The last I heard Citizen was ok maybe in FL but that has been a while
Wild Dog passed away in 1990

The name of the road has changed as the area was turned into subdivisions
it is now Guinea Rd but back then it was Twinbrook Road and it was near Ruffiner's riding stables (Patty's Stables) The path and names of several roads in that area have changed.

The black girl was raped there
but it was not the KKK who did the shooting~
those people do did do the shooting shall remain nameless
just one of those things hope you understand

I never heard him called anything but Leon
I don't know for sure what he died of but I do know for sure that it was not on his pan, as I remember Falcon wanting us to buy it.

The ole man remembers the name Sloopy Hoppy but he may have been Fates
but this was much later and too many bowls ago

Dirty Mike's doing a dime down at Wallens Ridge for carnal knowledge of a farm animal. Squirrel got run over by a bread truck last spring and had to get both legs amputated. He blew his brains out a couple of months later. Nasty stuff.

Anyone heard from Barry Barstool or Crotch-punch McGee?
