Actually, there were parts of Africa that had technology long before Europe did and linking IQ with genetics is controversial and brings up the issue of scientific racism.

IQ is dependent on many things, not just genetics or income. I would expect a black person from a wealthy background to be much smarter than a poor white person in this country however, given how education level is based mostly on your income.

And the fact you brought up your lack of concern, means you are concerned. Not my fault I'm smarter than you.

Go find out what "on average" means, improve your reading comprehension and then come back to the grown-ups' table. You may or may not be smarter than me but odds are that you are. That's the point. It's about probabilities. There's an even better chance, CHANCE, that you are smarter than any person of African descent. Accept it. But based on your comments so far, it's a tough bet.
