ALEXANDRIA, Va. -- A frank conversation two Fairfax County parents had with their 9- and 6-year-old daughters revealed something that shattered their trust in the children's babysitter.

The sitter, Heriberto Urratia, is charged with one count of raping the 9-year-old.

He was arrested June 11.

Parents of a 9-year-old girl became concerned about their daughter after talking with the two girls.

"The young girls were talking with their parents and using language that typically children of that age may not be familiar with," Lucy Caldwell, Fairfax County police spokeswoman, tells NBC4.

The girl told police Urratia, 25, routinely assaulted as he babysat her. The crimes allegedly happened in the Alexandria section of Fairfax County.

Caldwell tells WTOP there may be additional charges

Why is it almost every time we hear about sexual assault these days it involves our nuevos americanos? Is this how they act in their country?

Why would a parent of 2 young daughters have a 25 year old MAN watch their kids? Where did this guy come from? Was he a family friend or referred by an agency?
