To the creator of this....thank you, it's amazing. I discovered it after the Heroin Drug Bust in Centreville, found it all very helpful. I have a daughter, almost the same age as Alicia..in recovery from heroin addiction. I've spent many hours crawling the internet for help, for her, and for our family. I found blogs,DHAM and so...so far, I have not run across a 'forum' where all moms could intersect. Something like you have invented here. I wonder how you got the funds to create this? While doing a search under arrests/ticket search for my son, I noticed that it was incorrect on the dates. Where do you pull the information from? The charges listed are correct but the dates are not. Everything happened on the same day? I decided to double check before I wrote this and I am correct. If someone should read what you have posted they would think that he did these things two days in a row. It was bad enough that it happened at all but to make it look like he got in trouble one day and then again the next is incorrect.
This site is good for the community because it is helpful but at the same time it is a hinderance to some. It keeps good kids that got into trouble in their teens from ever making it to the interview stage. They aren't even given the opportunity most of the time to explain what happened. An employer comes here and that's the end of the job. These kids are good and made a stupid mistake that sticks with them like a tick. There are different degrees of trouble but nowadays everything is lumped together under one.
I am just venting because I see good kids that are trying really hard to make something out of their lives but they keep getting shot down for something that happened in the past. You might see this as being right but it isn't fair. Equal opportunity employer...that's a laugh.

I don't know of many employers that use Fairfax Underground for a background check. Any of the information found on here can be easily found on Virginia courts website.
