The stretch of 28 from Dulles to past 28/29 should be higher too. I was driving on 28, passing under 29 and trying my best to keep it under 50mph because I know to cops love that area. I had four lanes of road all to myself with no other cars in sight and great visibility but I'm held to 45.

Nope... I have a 1st generation 15gig from when Dell was unloading them for like $130. All fine so far... I don't jog with it or anything though. It gets tossed into my bag and I use it in the car on the way to work. Not much abuse but about an hour of use per day. What's the problem with yours?

I-66 E fucked up when the rain hit... I was on it just before 50. I bailed to 50 to get into Fairfax City and had to go around a disabled vehicle before the light at Waples. Fine and good... I get past it and then was waiting on 50 right beofre the Main Street/29 light when I see a flash off to my right. People tolerate them because they do have benefits. For one, things like trash pickup contracts can be better negotiated when you have hundreds of houses to gets bids with as a group, as opposed to each neighbor paying the standard price for individual house pickup. Another is that things like the pool and groundskeeping are included. If you think you have been treated unfairly, just sue them.

One reason I only went to Copelands a couple of times myself was just that the shopping center is a major pain in the ass to get in and out of if you get there heading north on 29.
