Well that one posted doesn't look legal. No turn signals etc... The bike would need full registration and a license plate to use the road. While I'm at it, Mopeds are also not legal to drive on the street using the engine without full registration.

Out of curiosity, was it Henry's towing? They nabbed one of my cars and had the car lifted to high. Underneath the front end were all sorts of scrape marks. I finally argued with them and got their insurance claim number. Needless to say we made their lifes a living hell everytime they came in the parking lot. Even egged their trucks once.
