Havent seen a red one but i just saw a black one yesterday in the 7 corners area. NO markings AT ALL and the lights were LEDs integrated into the stock lamps. There was NO way to tell it was a cop until he lit them up - to the point that if it was I being followed by a car like that, i would be on the line with 911 telling them a car was lighting me up and could they verify it was a REAL cop.
