There is often more filler than meat in most meatloaf served. They drown the meatloaf in sauce and seasonings so you won't notice the lack of taste and meat. If the loaf sits too long, it becomes like hair gel.

I fix the best meatloaf this side of the Mississippi. I do it Italian style, lots of garlic, fresh tomatoes, and whatnot.
