Listening to that episode with LFF's smack down of Buzz was tough. The stunning part to me is LFF gets vulgar, petty, defensive and has the nerve to attack Buzz for those same things, which he really wasn't.

Also back then they were running more ads and less affiliate programs. Possibly Ronick's influence? Not sure. Market for podcasts today is definitely more to the shows all selling the same amazon, fantasy sports, flowers, etc on affiliates.

Also, ironic is that LFF made the Internet Radio character to mock the podcasters that he wasn't and LPS has basically turned into that same hopeless boy. Borrowing money from mom at age 40 to buy an iPad, grow some self-respect!

I'm guessing that this ''vacation'' is Fat Fuck having to have a medical procedure and not wanting the world to know how good the show can be without him.

That was the funniest part, when Mike accused Buzz of not fighting fair, yet Mike was the one who called him a douche and asked to compare degrees. Yet another reason why it makes no sense to simulcast on Ustream. That episode should have been stopped down and restarted after Mike settled down. Then again, if they stopped every time Mike was a dick they'd never finish a podcast.

Carla: After watching the Masters, Mike asked if I would agree to change Michael's name to Jordan. Or, at least have that be his nickname.

I agree. A place where people can give their opinions without the fear of being banned should not exist. This place, and it's free speech, needs to be squashed. Every website should act like the fanklub, you either fall in line, share the same opinion as everyone else (tmos is the best!!) or get banned.

Is it really worth a listen? I've dipped into that podcast a time or two, when he had Dave Hughes on to talk about Buzz leaving, when he was commenting on the end of Don Geronimo and some shows about BOAD. It always goes something like this:

Well, like a couple of you pointed out, Concerned3L did a great job. Much better than the host. The host(The Miserable Bastard?) cuts off the flow of the discussion and dead ends subjects he could have easily prepped on. He had to ask Concerned about his own TMOS podcast back in 2012?

What's up with those commercials jammed directly into the middle of sentences? I will make a point of never listening again just to avoid those.

Beyond that, Concerned3L did a nice job of mentioning FFU, a couple of great posters and summing up most of what's wrong with TMOS. I agree with him completely as far as Robb, Oscar and Mike. I'm not the biggest Buzz fan.

I don't think Don Geronimo is the failure they both seemed to think. Don's content is behind a paywall but I'm astonished that guys like Dave Hughes and This Miserable Bastard don't try a month but still seem to think they're qualified to comment. Don's got billboards in Sacramento and continues to livea lifestyle O'Meara had to abandon a while ago. I listened to Don when Drew Hoffar was still part of the she and it was very good and continues to be with Phantom. Just my opinion.

But the idea he's proved to be a complete failure? I'm not sure what they even based that on.

And I'd be interested in what makes this guy hate Chad Dukes the way he does. Look we all take shots at him here. He's an annoying, second generation Don Geronimo-Anthony Cumia hybrid, but he's our second generation Don Geronimo-Anthony Cumia hybrid.

And for the record, Concerned was dead on with his list of podcast failings. And the reason this host had to ask about the lack of preparation was because he was guilty of it.

Then Concerned3L hits back-to-back home runs by pointing out LFF spent two breaks on turning a TV around to face his lania and a show on putting up a shower curtain a year or so ago. And mentions Mike's reading non pre-read yahoo articles! Including the ads!

And bonus points if you stick with it long enough to hear Concerned3L's comments on BOAD. And Chad's ridiculous music taste.

I wonder if it would be worth one of the Klubbers falling on their sword and post the link to the sadly lacking podcast on the FB page. With Oscar on the job, it would probably be taken down right away. Hmmmm

That's too funny. I give it about another half hour before it disappears because it's too negative.

Just as a general comparison, without too many specifics, my wife runs a group where she sells stuff, mostly to other women. She has over 2000 members and had gotten to the point that she is preparing to quit her full time job because she makes nearly twice as much per week with the 15-20 hours she spends on her computer. It's amazing what a little bit of effort can do.
