Listened to it -- they punted on it a few passages in. They said they'd try to prep and do it again in the future. (Look at book for 10 minutes and strike gold is all one needs to do). I won't be listening again for that next effort. Such a weak podcast from what I've heard in 3 or so episodes.

I also heard this. She’s asked about the upcoming concerts that she’ll be attending. LFF asks her “and who’s paying for all these tickets?” She responds, “Mom.” LFF is not prepared for this truthful answer and says something like "AND ME! Mom and I are a partnership, right?" She meekly agrees. The truth hurts LFF.

Julia and Katie then mock LFF about his upcoming Career Day appearance. Though he doesn't admit it, it’s apparent that LFF does not see this as a thankless parental duty, nor as a potentially embarrassing situation in which he has to describe a job in which he makes little more than a Burger King cashier (if that). No, LFF sees it as an “gig,” akin to being at the State Theatre and telling hack jokes to the adoring masses. Why the fuck else would he go and humiliate himself (and his son)?

The C&C show itself was a tedious run-down of the Stevie Wonder concert. I believe it was song by song. I say “believe” because I kept fast forwarding until they got to a point where they were not talking about it. And that was not until the end of the episode. So I’m guessing that for more than an hour they recapped a concert. I did stop long enough to hear LFF say he called his mother after the concert to tell her about it. That’s what most adult men do after a concert, right????

I was thinking the same thing. Most TMOS-generated 'humor' consists of callbacks to D&M or TMOS bits. Viral humor must appeal to the masses. In contrast, TMOS caters to an extremely small subset, the greatest listeners in the world: that rare, privileged group of people who Get It.

A video of Mike's fight where he blew out his knee could have had potential (World's Shortest Bar Fight). If Mike would wear a GoPro camera and tear into an unsuspecting nurse (or a stranger who failed to compliment little Michael), that might have potential. With the proper setup and reaction shots of the teacher/kids, a video of Robb's Career Day performance could have gone viral.

As long as tards are still sending him $, Mike doesn't care...When the $ starts drying up, he will act like cares about quality again, but that Best of Bonus perfectly displayed his level of commitment towards content....He simply just doesn't care
