So, you want to take failures to respond as facts presumed by the other side? Sure thing. Feel free to presume what you like. After all, you are a known liar.
Once this month. At least a half dozen this year. Well over a hundred over the past decade. Not that I can prove it here. Not that you can disprove it. What I can prove is that you admitted that you had no interest in the area of its former location despite claiming to be a regular.

Ah, caught a typo. Thanks. See how easy that was?
Hmmmm. I actually can't think of a sausage I haven't tried there. I've even sampled the ones in the freezer at the suggestion of one of the managers.
Of course you haven't tried the grilled brat. You probably haven't tried many of the selections there. Then again, you are deathly afraid of grills, so that probably scared you off. LOL! Not having tried it wouldn't preclude anyone from knowing the secret behind it or the irony in its name. So what sausages do you prefer, Herr Regular?

Nothing you boast of is actually all that impressive. Well, at least to me. And some of the above have proven to be outright lies. If you are looking for a Trump comparison, I suggest a cheap investment in a mirror. Like him, you will cling to lies despite all evidence to the contrary.

Talk about an equivocation. There was no type of interest claimed. You claim your interest was visiting friends living in the area. You've previously claimed you had other interests in the area. Namely your patronage as a regular of the German Gourmet. Amazingly (or not so amazingly given your status as a confirmed liar), you neglected to mention that interest when discussing the area this week. Your options are to call it a bonehead mistake in which we laugh at you and move on or admit you are a liar.

I have no sources beyond what you've provided. Your quarrel isn’t with me. It’s with the real estate companies whose faulty links you relied upon and the agents who provided neighborhood descriptions in their listings.
To be fair, the explanation for your flawed and faulty thought processes was given to you, but you stubbornly and stupidly ignored it.
Here is what YOUR "sources" aka links show:

“this beautifully updated and expanded cape cod on a picturesque street in Fenwick Park!”
Fenwick Park is NOT Brockmont.

Tijuana, Mexico is more than 2,500 miles away from Falls Church.

“A true storybook charmer nestled on over 1.5 manicured acres in the heart of picturesque Sleepy Hollow.”
Sleepy Hollow is NOT Brockmont.
I'll take your failure to respond otherwise as confirmation of the fact that you recognize that YOUR links are not filled with homes in a neighborhood called Brockmont.
Would you like to see more listings from your links? You seem to be terrified of that prospect.
The "big kids" are really kicking your puny ass.
Wimp.
