Where you been? Oh, and your math sucks. Approximately 10.5 hours between my posts. Care to guess the time between yours, dope?

It’s understandable you’d hid from a mountain of evidence that proves you’re a liar.

Fingers were too greasy at the time due to eating a hefty and juicy bacon cheeseburger along with a side of fries. More carry-out yummies from a GAR place last night. Eat your heart out! Anyway, the actual thought that you were not able to follow along with properly had been to add '12 hours' as an underscore to the 'all day' nature of your humiliatingly inglorious runaway stint in absentia -- part of a cold slap in the face regarding your absurdly phony claim to have 'been here all day.' With dinner done, scrolling back revealed that it had not been a full 12 hours after all, so I yanked that second bit. Unlike you, I make every effort to remain within the bounds of fact.

In that regard, we may note that the usual Sweet Spot Morning Edition post went up at 10:23 yesterday morning, after which there was nary a word from you (nor of course from any of your sickly sock-puppets) until 7:59 PM. after the sun had set. And true to form, those posts were either newly minted lies or copy-and-paste versions of old lies. The bounds of fact are simply to be run over in your phony and laughably worthless world. I do note though that the sock-puppets made it back with you. What a shock it was to see that.

As noted numerous times, your daily screed of deceit is never read. You cowardly ran from the last mountain of evidence posted yesterday confirming you as a liar.

When you returned. You immediately resumed to your blundering and blithering ways. That, of course, was followed by this morning's pathetic excuse. After all, you're just one pathetic excuse after another.

Did you happen to catch the 12+ foot wall at the west edge of Spirit of Justice park during your last alleged trip to the area? LOL!

Not just houses are needed to make a fairy village - you'll need street furniture but for gnomes! Start off with the welcoming "Welcome Sign" available at the Dollar Tree. It features the aforementioned greeting on a section of tree attracted to a midsized trunk with a small offshoot. At the base is delicate moss and bright red blossom. Gorgeous! At the DT, my friend. Hurry.

Well, both day and night turned out quite badly for the ever-wobbling Whiffies on Friday as they failed to deal at all appropriately with the mounting shame of their woeful Washington Avenue beatings. Then they had to lie about their slinking (< gerund) back to the board after a day of cowardly cowering in the corners. What they have done here of course is put themselves in the quite unenviable position of a person who once had a baseball card of Ryan Zimmerman as against someone who once had lunch with Ryan Zimmerman. The one experience just tells so much more than the other. Just as an actual drive along the route in question tells so much more than some pathetic Google album photo from God knows when. Those who have so recently driven the length of Wash Ave are quite properly not at all impressed with the collected piffle that some nursing home boy has to offer.

Meanwhile, it was a not at all shabby 45 degrees when I got up this morning out here in the magnificent Sweet Spot, and we're on our way to what should be the mid-60's at some point during Cash Cab hours this afternoon. No doubt due in large part to all those recent efforts by the grounds crew, the lawns are looking brilliant out there while and the gardens are approaching status as one big blaze of blooms. With just a kiss of a breeze in the air, it was a delightful trip down and back to retrieve the morning paper. I suspect that we've got six months of flat-out gorgeous coming up. The sun has meanwhile been doing its best to poke through holes in a mostly cloudy sky. We'll be seeing showers overnight and into the early hours of Sunday, but they aren't at all a factor in anything right now.

Not actually a factor right now either is President Ding Dong, who has reacted to much-deserved ridicule over his asinine Lysol statements (and dismally failed efforts to walk those back) by promising to exact revenge in undercutting state and local governments as well as the US Postal Service. What a soft-skinned, soft-headed spoiled-brat cry-baby loser this self-absorbed moron is. Reminds me a little of some of these ass-clown losers we have around here, actually.

In other news, the Texas Rangers apparently want it known that their recent payroll promises mean that they will not make 'salary adjustments' any earlier than May 15, not May 31. Way to go, guys.

Also looking really bad of course are these flighty Google-fools from Falls Church City. Hopefully, local leaders will do a better job than those clowns when they virtually sit down again on Monday to begin hacking $2.3 million out of the recently approved budget (that starts on July 1), with promises of coming back in the fall to carve out even more if (as seems likely) that should become necessary. Those who are for some reason not taking GOP threats to force state and local bankruptcies into being might want to reconsider. This is not even Herbert Hoover's GOP anymore.

The Magic Walls grow ever taller while once again rotating by nearly 90 degrees to lie along the edge of Washington Avenue rather than Delaware Avenue. You simply can't keep yourself from lying. Understandable in some degree though, given the absolutely horrible position that you find yourself in.

Who said they did? I've long contended that the west edge of the park and the wall on that edge lie along Delaware Avenue. Would you like to go back and check? Of course, you cited the grass in Spirit of Justice park as evidence of your bogus claim. Running away from that now, sissy?

In any event, for a guy who claims  to "make every effort to remain within the bounds of fact",you sure do like to be awfully evasive when it comes to the truth.

The truth is that photos from within the park were used in illustration of what grassy areas with small trees look like. Just as photos of fools might be used in illustration of what Falls Church losers look like.

It’s actually once again your brutal language weaknesses that lead you to this latest flub. In fact the park does dominate some views to the east off Wash Ave (as in the vicinity of D Street), and like Wash Ave itself, it does offer diverse views of grassy areas with small trees. Got a backup question to go to?

The park now dominates "some" views (as in the vicinity of D Street)?

Here is what people see if they peer up D Street while driving along Washington Avenue.

201405-271148-1.jpg

The park sits atop the wall and garage doors.

Despite your contentions, those driving along Washington Avenue have no views of grass in Spirit of Justice park.

Just because I predicted you'd be a sissy and a liar, didn't mean you had to take it upon yourself to prove me right.

Of course you preferred me not posting yesterday. It meant you weren't getting your ass kicked and exposed as a liar. It's probably why you cowardly refused to respond to my posts with the evidence showing you to be a liar.

Mega-fail, but certainly topped by the even bigger fail inherent in the simple fact that those actually driving the length of Wash Ave are ever greeted by grassy areas with small trees on both sides of the road. That’s just the lay of the land over there, although home-bound Google-frauds may not be able to see any of it.

All I need do to substantiate anything at all is what you cannot do — get in the car and drive the length of Washington Avenue. Did that most recently eight days ago. You are still choking on it, and the grassy areas with small trees still mock you for that.

Re: Dollar Tree on Maple Avenue in Vienna is now open!

Well, it could be that the wilting Whiffies will soon need to book passage off to Potomac Mills once again. Above after all we have what is the seventh time in four days that they've had to post the same old Google album featuring outdated and extraneous views such as those from along D Street SW. Their stocks of Google ammo are plainly running perilously low. So much better and more dynamic information than that was obtained simply by looking out the window while driving the length of Washington Avenue a week ago yesterday. Real life rules.

And speaking of real life, it was a damp 47 degrees when I woke this morning amidst a lingering spell of showers. Those should actually dissipate shortly, so I believe I'll hold off just a bit longer on heading down and back to retrieve the morning paper. Showers will return by mid-afternoon though (and hopefully our wildlife friends as well), and there's every reason to believe that precip will then persist at one level or another all the way to sunrise on Monday. We've had about a half inch of rain since all this began yesterday, and we could see just about that much more again today. Should also see just light winds though, so it won't be 'end of the world' nasty out there by any means. Worse news actually comes in the fact that GSN has cut another episode off weekend Cash Cab binges, meaning that 1:30 to 5:00 is all we have to look forward to now. Rat bastards!

And speaking of rat bastards, poor President Ding Dong is now being pressured to halt these daily COVID briefings, not because of the unfair questions as he has suggested, but because of the unfit answers that are doing so much to drive his poll numbers down. Confirmation that it was always all about Trump and only secondarily about COVID. This narcissified dope is such a poor excuse for an actual President.

In other news, there's no actual news at all out of hog-tied MLB. For good reason, none of their alternative plans for a 2020 season has so far gained any sort of traction with fans or players or medical professionals, so we're coming ever closer to the point where baseball simply won't be played here this year. Too much emphasis on the cash side early on has forced too much emphasis on the health side of late, and that's proved quite the backward approach to have taken. Manfred is just not much of a thinker.

Neither of course is much of anyone over in the collapsing crossroads of Falls Church City. According to the professionals at Redfin, the average asking price for 19 current listings in Brockmont is $765,000 (clearly a six-figure number), with average time on the market now sitting at 37 days. What will these numbers look like in a week? Two weeks? We can of course keep our fingers crossed for the future, but this is pretty plainly not your father's Oldsmobile anymore.

LOL! What isn't working is repeatedly claiming you've driven down Washington Avenue. Your claims don't comport with reality as you consistently bungle even the most basic details.

Further, you've now made contradictory statements about what the views actually are. Back in November, you claimed Spirit of Justice Park with its grassy areas and small trees dominates views to the east off Wash Avenue after posting photos taken INSIDE the park. Now, you claim those photos were NOT used as evidence of those views that you claim dominate views along Washington Avenue. Rather, they were simply examples of what small trees and grass look like.

You can't even keep your lies straight which is an obvious indication you are lying.

Unfortunately for you, I'm included among those who've recently driven on and across Washington Avenue. I've also traversed it on foot and vehicle countless times.

All available evidence indicates you've never done it. You've managed to bungle basic descriptions of the area.

There isn't a thing you can change about that obvious fact.

Once again, no need for sock puppets and certainly no need to lie. All evidence, however, clearly paints you as a liar.

What I claim I saw there is supported by photographic and street view evidence.

What you claim you saw there is only supported by your flawed recollection. A recollection that managed to mangle multiple descriptions of places along the way. A recollection that has changed stories after you've been caught in lies. And, let's not forget you're a sociopath that seems to lie about almost anything.

Because, as has been explained to your dumb ass countless times, they're just pulling it on an automated basis from mapping data. It does not appear on any of those sites as a defined neighborhood. You cannot even define the boundaries of "Brockmont."

"Brockmont" exists nowhere other than as a deprecated populated place name taken from one old 1950s DMA map.

Fortunately, the tracking of Brockmont by these major firms burns your ignorant ass really badly, so I’ll be mentioning it from time to time just so that you can fly off into your usual deranged tirade over it.

Doesn't do anything to me other than to make me laugh at your dumb ass and the fact that, yet again, you don't know WTF you're talking about. lol

Just to make you look even more stupid, "Brockmont" specifically refers to the small rise in that area. It is not a neighborhood.

I don't know what a deprecated populated place name means, but that area was called brockmont at least onto the 70s and eightys. Again, I think of west falls church as the area further south and west & always thought is was cheaper. I haven't lived their women the mid eighties, so who knows what the cost is now. I live in a similar looking niehggerhood south of Newark nj now and can believe the houses cost 700k.

So, when you did your Brockmont search on Redfin, how many of the 19 homes were in Fairfax County and how many were in the City of Falls Church?

No worries, I can multitask and keep kicking your ass on Washington Avenue too. Don’t think your feeble attempt to distract will save you from that catastrophe.

The map above is of Greenway Downs. The neighborhood has its own neighborhood association that has existed for nearly 80 years. It is also marked with Greenway Downs signage at both ends of the neighborhood. Realtors frequently mention the neighborhood when listing the homes there.

And actually, Redfin, Zillow, and Trulia do not "track" Brockmont.

It's a simple raw pull of place names from GIS data at that level of their systems. "Tracking" requires real places and real data. Which, as we know, doesn't exist for "Brockmont."

Laughable as usual. The numbers were taken directly from Redfin. You remember them, right? They're the folks who so regularly make you look like a stooge when it come to real estate matters. Along with Zilliow, Trulia, and Long & Foster, of course. Turns out that making you look like a stooge is something that just happens. No amounts of extra effort are actually required at all.

So, the Falls Church Whiffies certainly did their fair share of falling last night. This is what happens when they over-exert themselves. Blown up once again on grassy areas with small trees, they try to recoup in going after 'algorithms' that they've never seen and wouldn't understand if they did. But the jump doesn"t help at all, as they just go completely to pieces anyway. Long live Redfin, Zillow, Trulia, and Long & Foster.

It's all the fault of the UNs again of course -- UNintelligent, UNeducated, and emotionally UNbalanced. This is not a good combination to have, but that's a wrap on all that these crumbling clods actually are.

I haven't cross-checked, but no doubt very close to the same numbers one would have seen in looking at Brockmont listings on either Zillow or Trulia, more pros who know so much more about these things than a hopeless dope like you does.

You haven't cross checked? So, you simply talked out of your ass again.

Might this be the link you saw? It only indicates 17 homes, but let's presume two homes came off the market somehow since you posted.

https://www.redfin.com/neighborhood/28735/VA/Jefferson/Brockmont

Aside from the fact that none of the listings describe any home as existing in this alleged Brockmont neighborhood, does anything of note stand out to you? My guess is that you aren't perceptive enough to pick up on it.

Obviosuly not, as in addition to the 17 vs 19 discrepancy, it does not appear to report relevant summary data of any sort. This is just another example of how badly you suck at doing Google-shit.

Well, the faltering of the Whiffies has continued at a record pace today. Too bad for them that there is not a 'Noble Prize' for being stupid. It was meanwhile a somewhat brisk 42 degrees when I got up this morning, and under cloudy skies, it appears that this cool spell will persist as we once again fall short of 60 degrees for a high today. It's been a bit breezy out here in the Sweet Spot as well though, a factor in making the daily walk down and back to retrieve the morning paper less of a pleasure than it ought to have been, given the magnificently restored state of the lawns and gardens out there. Birds, chipmunks, and squirrels continue to enjoy the back patio and such areas, but we haven't seen any larger wildlife friends than those to this point.

And let's note as well that President Ding Dong has now gone down the same path as the wilted Whiffies in putting up a stream of thoroughly deranged Twitter posts. The man (I use the term loosely) has clearly lost many more than just a few marbles. We are rapidly reaching a point where suggesting that he is no longer mentally fit to hold his office is not some implausible thing.

In other news, the Mets now say that they will pay their players through the end of the 2020 season as scheduled, but only after imposing pay cuts that will be left in place even if the season is somehow restarted and games are actually played. And some people wonder why so many folks don't want to play for the Mets.

So many folks also don't want to live in Falls Church City, which is currently trying to tout its C+ grade on 'social distancing' received from the data company 'Unacast' based on an analysis of cellphone data. Fairfax County received a C while Arlington scored a B-, so there's not much real variation in area data. Still, given the huge incentive to get carry-out meals from places that are not in the Little City, it's impressive that they have managed to keep pace at all.

In exchange, the linens were changed, dusting and vacuuming were done, hardwood floors were mopped and polished, kitchen and bathroom fixtures were cleaned, trash cans were emptied and so forth.
