Gerund Boy put his "big bad boot" in his mouth AGAIN when they said it was a 10 min. walk from Westover Apts. to Ballston Metro.

& when they got called out on it, all he could do was his usu. 5th gr. potty mouth name calling. So childish. Such a loser.

If I am purchasing items at Ayers, I would rarely, if ever walk. I'm not sure how in your warped mind shopping at Ayers is a slap in the face to a dead man.

I shop for groceries at all sorts of places. Whole Foods, Harris Teeter, Balducci's, Giant, Trader Joe's, Westover Market, Farmer's Markets, German Gourmet, Italian Store, McLean Butcher, Troika, MOM's, and even Fresh Market.

How and why is that so hard to believe? You're fucking weird, dude. It isn't even that outlandish of an idea.

Once was enough. A dingy smoke-filled shithole with white-trash degenerates. Apparently a place frequented by you and your butt-buddies for some pregame action before you stumbled back to their place.

No shit. He thinks his one vacation nearly 20 years ago at a place found on the owner's website is some sort of extravagant excursion. I'm sure the Mr. Coffee brought out the best of his Kona! It's shit like this that just does him in.

Well, the actual and honorary frauds and fibbers of Falls Church City have once again been professionally laundered and hung out to dry, revealed through their own stupid stutterings as no more than classless liars. They lose track of what century 2004 was in, they don’t actually do their grocery shopping in Westover, they don’t know anyone named anything in the GTWN Econ department, and they are unaware of the multiple GUTS shuttle routes that run around Arlington. Never mind the big bad boot, these clowns put one foot or another in their own sorry mouths every time they open them. What a hoot. By the way, the Hay-Adams is actually more like $400 a night.

The Sweet Spot is in for more weather excitement than it might have liked today. It was 59 with showers when I got up, but we’ll be in the 30s by early evening with some heavy winds to get through along the way. Not a good day, but there is some hope that it will be a singleton.

Real President Joe has to get a giggle meanwhile from now public documentation of Two-Buck Tucker and other FOX News wizards ridiculing off-air the very same pro-Trump propaganda they were pushing so sincerely every night while on-air. These right-wing folks just aren’t bright enough to realize when they are being suckered. OAN is gone, and Newsmax is going. We really ought to pitch out FOX News as well. Not for being what they try to call conservative, but for being what everyone calls liars.

In other news, 1B/OF Eric Thames has decided to retire at the age of 36. The lefty power bat spent what would be his final MLB season with the Nats in 2020. Otherwise, arbitration rulings are coming down here and there, and players should be reporting and beginning workouts in the near term. Hopefully, Bozo Bobby doesn’t have any more idiotic rules changes to announce.

Even idiotic changes might of course be welcome over in freakish Falls Church City. So-called ‘Transition Zoning’ was unanimously passed this week by the Planning Commission amid assurances that this was not the final language and that better proposals would surely come along soon.

You merely indicated your once in a two decade actual vacation took place after Typhoon Iniki. That was in 1992. Nobody realized your vacation cycle was so barren that your trip to Kauai was a dozen years after the typhoon. It's really not something you should be so proud of.

That 2004 trip was far more than anything you have ever imagined. Eight glorious days on the south shore of the Garden Isle bookended by four in Seattle up front and four more in San Francisco on the way back. But still just one of many such trips. Over and over to see family in Europe before they passed on, honeymoon to Bermuda, vacations to Jamaica and the Bahamas, an extended baseball trip to Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, and Cleveland, all those trips to Spring Training in Palm Beach and Viera, and of course that 2016 Opening Day in Atlanta trip that has always stuck in your craw. Poor little butthurt baby.

LOL! It would fall in the category of a rather routine vacation for us. Below the European cruise aboard the Seven Seas, the chartered cruise through the Caribbean, the Australian adventure last year, and the upcoming European plans this year. All done within the past half decade!

Planes, trains and automobiles. What a waste of time. Time is probably of no consequence to these nobodies. After all, they chose to live in Westover Apartments.

Well, you claimed it was more like $500/night less than 24 hours ago. So, there's one account that differs.

Posts while traveling? Just foolish nonsense. People don't post when they travel. Why obsess over this shitboard while vacationing? ONly a freak would do such a thing. There are things to do, people and places to see, etc.

Pics? Wasted on a fraud like you. You simply dismiss them because you can't accept the fact that others simply have a better travel life than you.

CDC study has found that adults with positive SARS-CoV-2 test results were approximately twice as likely to have reported dining at a restaurant than were those with negative SARS-CoV-2 test results.
SOURCE: https://www.cdc.gov/mmwr/volumes/69/wr/mm6936a5.htm?s_cid=mm6936a5_w
You decided to eat at a restaurant.

CDC also urges diners to minimize the time you spend in the restaurant or bar. The longer you stay, the more you increase your risk.
SOURCE: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/personal-social-activities.html
You stayed for three hours.

CDC also recommends that diners eat outdoors, if possible. You are less likely to get or spread COVID-19 during outdoor activities. Look for seating options that are outside and have proper ventilation of outdoor air, such as tents that have open doors or rolled up sides.
SOURCE: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/daily-life-coping/personal-social-activities.html
You ate indoors.

CDC says to wear masks at all times, both indoors and outdoors, except when you are actively eating or drinking. Masks help protect both you and those around you.

Doubtful you adhered to this recommendation.

These recommendations were posted a full four days before your selfish and unpatriotic outing increasing the risk to yourselves and others for contracting COVID according to CDC science and medical advice.

You not only decided to flout these recommendations, you doubled down on your brash and imprudent decision by staying far longer than suggested. After all, the longer you stay, the more you increase your risk.

Those are the facts. You can ignore them if you like, but you do so at your own peril. CDC even offered ways to mitigate your exposure during such outings. You ignored those as well.

Well, he's probably dumb enough to think it hides the fact that at the time he claimed to have been driven around in a late-model high-mileage Town Car, the vehicle was well past its prime. Most reputable executive car services had phased those vehicles out of their fleets well before his alleged visit. In fact, not even Uber was permitting drivers of Town Cars at that time to use them in their Uber Black service. Let's recall the moron foolishly claimed to "have" Uber Black like it was AmEx Black. What a fucking moron.

Feel free to shove it up your flabby ass, newly-admitted Westover lover and perpetually desperate lying Fag Boy. On multiple points, you have badly lost this particular argument before, and can only do so again. It’s like the Water Wars and so many other of your long-settled defeats. Meanwhile, you claimed to have driven 800 miles (it was actually 870) into the teeth of the pandemic at Xmas 2020 against all medical advice of the time just to freeze your ass and eat carry-out from the PVC-furniture and paper plate places. And of course, Jose Martinez of tiny Thompson is still dead of COVID, while neither of The Principals lost a single soul to the pandemic. And lest you forget again, not only do Westover-resident GTWN economists have the option of Metro from either Ballston or EFC to connect to the GUTS shuttle in Rosslyn, but they can simply hop aboard the shuttle itself at any stop along its winding (and secret from you, it would seem) Arlington route, one long in operation for that very purpose. I’m shocked that Arick never told you about it.

Those are both very good options to have. So are The Sandwich Shop and The Italian Gourmet, each a lot closer than Lyon Village. Otherwise, we have not yet received the County’s new assessment of our Sweet Spot home, so $1.7M is still the latest number. The new one may go up or may go down, or it could stay about the same. But it is quite certain that our residence will continue to put your own shabby circumstances thoroughly to shame. Too bad for you (and them too, I guess), it's a more than 10 min. walk even from Lebanese Taverna to East FC. I don't know if any of them ever said if it was a 10 min. walk or no and I don't care either. I know you said it and made a complete ass of yourself doing it. Nothing unusual there. Dumb jerkoff.

Another sock-puppet fail. Linus is such a persistent loser. And a healthy 20-something could plainly make it from the Westover Apartments to the Ballston Metro in about ten minutes. This is the proximity that real estate professionals speak of. So your winding GUTS routing through Arlington was just more bullshit.

Westover to Ballston Metro is 1.7 miles.

1.7 miles/10 minutes = .17 miles/minute = 10.2 mph.
12 minutes = 8.5 mph
15 minutes = 6.8 mph

The only way ANYONE would get there in those times would be to run the whole way.

Good question.

JP is a lot like ChatGPT.

They both confidently spew out authoritative-sounding responses, primarily based on search results, that are completely wrong. When queried further, they'll continue to take you down a rabbit hole of nonsense supporting the incorrect results. When their error is pointed out, they'll go off on various marginally related tangents trying to recover or just shut down.

Nothing hollow about them. You are a more than regular and worse than disastrous loser here. Unintelligent, poorly educated, professionally nondescript, and financially a flop, you have no legs (or ground leases) to stand on.

FCC fought mighty Fairfax Water as best they could, but like Trump, they lost convincingly in every court the case was heard in

Things were hardly tropical once the freeze warnings stopped. You ended up smack dab in the middle of one of the worst Xmas cold snap to hit Too Far North Florida in years. Cloudy, windy, and 68 degrees there right now, btw.

Well, some of these mindless chumps and churls were plainly dropped on their heads as infants. From rather a great height in some cases as well, I’m afraid. It’s just embarrassing of course for anyone to be so severely stupid, but it can’t all be their fault. Not my fault either that these much improved weather conditions have returned to the glorious Sweet Spot, but here we are. It was an even 40 degrees outside when I got up, and while we have partly cloudy skies to start out, they should be all blue and join temps in the upper 50s by mid afternoon. Winds that have tended of late toward the excessive should be staying put within single digits and from the south. Should make for a fine day of Cash Cab watching and, I suspect, of on-line grocery ordering. I harvest from one, the wife does from another, and before you know it, all these delicious things have arrived at our doorstep. As if they’d been carried half-way in from the driveway. It’s not the complete answer, but it is a fun and low-impact way to get a big chunk of grocery shopping crossed off the list.

Real President Joe is meanwhile prepping for a Euro unity tour that kicks off tomorrow in Poland. Coordination of Western plans and operations in Ukraine will of course be at the top of the agenda, but ideas for the structure of a post-Putin world are sure to come up as well. These could certainly be needed if the great Russian Spring offensive should fizzle or fail. Here’s hoping. Here’s hoping as well that our ghoulish governor can put on his little sweater-vest and man up enough to stay out of women’s business. Just keeps putting his red nose in where it doesn’t belong.

In other news, we’re starting to hear things like ‘best shape of my life’ again now, so the start of Spring Training is now official. Not much news from Nats camp yet other than that things still look bad for Stephen Strasburg (34) ever making it back to being Stephen Strasburg. Financials mean that no one is giving up yet, but the medicals just don’t look very good at all. Prospects for fellow 2019 Nats hero Daniel Hudson (35) are looking a little better as he should be able to overcome some significant tendonitis issues to pitch for LAD in 2023.

Prospects for recovery in long luckless Falls Church City are of course much worse than that, as a 60-year decline is expected only to continue, as a ground lease-based local economy continues to falter and fail. Losing the Water Wars was a really serious blow.

And as Head Chump and Churl of Ffx Und. you ought to really be embarrassed at being so stupid.

And you not being satisfied to be regular stupid, you got to get yourself classified as extremely AND severely stupid. Not only do you put up a moronic shitpost about how you can walk to Ballston Metro from Westover in 10 min. but then you got to double down on your obvious stupidity by saying you got that from real estate agents AND you believ3them. And not satisfied with that, when several posters point out to you it isn't real smart, you announce that you can walk there in 10 min. from Westover even when shown figures and arithmetic that says you can't.

"Fact and reason" lol. Math is the most factual and reasonable of all the sciences. You even thumb your nose at that. You're the only cretin I know who gets something besides 6 when you add 3+3.

So yeah, you should be real embarrassed at being the densest moron on Ffx. Und.

Strange then that Fairfax ponied up 40 acres and $40 million in then end. That dent in the wallet probably didn't feel like much of a win for Fairfax particularly now that they see that a portion of those 40 acres are turning into a cash cow.

It was against CDC recommendations. In fact, the distancing protocols were completely and blatantly ignored. Virginia had no guidelines at the time. It's why you only try to pretend they did two years later.

Yes, dining out and dining in are two different experiences. Some of us entertain others for holidays and prefer to offer only the best. You find yourself alone and abandoned and don't understand the intricacies of entertaining others at home.

LOL! Feeble as usual. You aren't emotionally or intellectually capable of handling facts.

So, the same ones at Papa Vito's. Got it. I guess your strip mall pizzeria hangs you out to dry if you aren't taking the pies or slices home.

Are your GU butt-buddies now hoofing it to Falls Church to catch the GUTS? They don't seem too bright.

Exactly.

Try again, Fag Boy. You are in a long way over your head here though, so repeated efforts will only fail also. Stupid shit-slinging turd.

No reason to try again. All efforts thus far have exposed you as a lying fraud. If they hadn't, you'd have been able to substantiate your claims with actual evidence.

All you're doing now is thrashing around like cornered prey because of your desperate and uncontrolled need to get the last word in. A normal person would have walked away in shame long ago. Your affliction won't let you.

Says the total and complete moron who believes real estate agent fantasy and denies the math when it's put in his face . I thought you were Mr. Fact and Reason. I thought "science is real".

Lol at "envy". Anybody who wants to be as stupid as you would actually have to be even dumber than you. Nobody is dumber than you.

"Butthurt"? Says the moron who gets his ass totally kicked 2X a day.

Dolt .

Wrong as always, dumbfuck. VA guidance on COVID existed at the time, and we were in full compliance with it. Which is why you had to cite DC and MD guidance like the little child that you are. And of course, actual pizza boxes are very different from and much better than flimsy paper plates. So are the plastic and foil-lined containers at the place with neiter awnings nor majestic views of 123. In addition, you’ve been run over and squashed like a bug by actual GUTS service around Arlington that you and Arik were stunningly unaware of. You’ve long been just a completely worthless loser in any case though.
