There’s nothing but problems of course in any of the past, present, or future of ever bedeviled Falls Church City. Following the lead of other area jurisdictions, the Cash-Poor City is kicking off a $3.8M affordable housing program to support FCC residents and employees, with most of the money actually coming from the state. The city itself is just rapidly becoming a basket case.
