Eesh shouldn't even show up. There's no much he could even say, it's going to be put into effect anyway. I think CourthouseObserver is just setting expectations. Trials that start in the morning can easily go into the afternoon. Not to mention the need to grab lunch afterward.

It makes me wonder if Eesh was drunk when he went to court, you can tell all of the stuttering and stammering and hesitation he did in trying not to incriminate himself when certain things. He was asked how he got Mr. Misery's address he said his address was on the website - that's false. If you go back and see under the Mr. Misery banned thread, Eesh himself posted it. He also says he never did any extensive internet research on Mr. Misery or his family and that he's not good with computers. That's amazing!

I remember him reading and saying he wasn't impeached as a witness. The judge herself said Lizzie's testimony directly impeached Eesh as a witness and that she wasn't coming off discreditable even when the Commonwealth's Attorney tried to imply that Lizzie was testifying against Eesh because the bad blood between the two of themand that because of that; Mr. Misery was found not guilty.

Eesh is without a doubt; the biggest liar I have ever seen. He blatantly lied in court and does it here all of the time but calls everyone else a liar. To lie under oath about even the smallest things shows how much of a piece of shit he really is and deserves everything that he's getting. He wrote those death threats to himself and had Mr. Misery arrested for it. Went as far as contacting Victim Services and wasting their time and resources, pretending to be such a helpless, scared victim over typed words from a screen that he sent himself. It's sick and I doubt many people here can even comprehend the magnitude of that. Mr. Misery has every right to sue Eesh for everything he's done to him and his family.

This goes far beyond just being trolled on here. This is messing with someone's freedom purposely and for no real reason other than an Internet feud and everyone else who's doing something about him legally; I wish all the best and more power to you. I can't wait for the transcript to go here. Eesh is truly a person who will burn in hell for what he's done to people.

For all of your Eesh apologist, I doubt you'll be kissing his ass after you read that transcript. It is truly unbelievable. Believe nothing Eesh says, ever. Absolutely everything he says is a lie. If he has no problem lying in court then lying here is nothing to him and he had been shown to be a liar but I didn't know it went this deep.
