Be nice to see a Wegmans go in there..but they'd probably have to wipe out the rest of the stores.

I'd stay away from the Commonwealth Park equestrian facility in Culpeper. Place is practically made of kryptonite.

Curious really. Since the motorcade came up 66, do they stop running the trains above ground as well until the motorcade passes? Really just a useless piece of knowledge if anyone knows. I took at trafficland.com yesterday and 66 was a ghost town until he passed...didn't notice if any metro trains were running or not.

"But a more prudent response would be to pull off the road and use their cellphone. Call the police, and have them respond." HAHAHAHA...apparently this officer believes that the police do not have enough real work to tend to. Can't wait until the PETA folks start calling for the cops to escort squirrels across the street. What a DB cop for writing a ticket.

So, when you chip your tooth from the gumball that is stale beyond belief, does Blockbuster pay for that?

If you are heading to VA Beach or the Outer Banks on the weekend between Memorial and Labor Day, a good route to take is 17 from Fredericksburg down to 64. You hit some stoplights toward the southern end, but the traffic is extremely light most of the way, and it's a pretty stress free drive. 95 and 64 are a nightmare Saturday and Sunday and usually are just pure shit to drive. Taking 17 South

Fight fire with fire..wait down the street a bit and wait for them lil suckers to do it again, then drop an anvil on their windshield, Wylie Coyote style! Or follow 'em in a diff car. If you want to find where they live, shouldn't be that hard. If all you want is to talk to the parents, be prepared with video evidence. Some parents may just slam the door in your face. In the end, probably

Most cops I know don't take kindly to parents drinking and driving with kids in the car. Plus, probably not the best message to send to kids that its ok to drink and drive.

Land mines. No need for a plan B. If pops was concerned about impaling on a rebar, wait til he sees this. Be interesting to get the other side of this story, cause you come across as an angel with devil neighbors. Otherwise, usually the common area is just that, common area. People tend to do what they want, legal or not. Planting a tree on land that isn't yours is the risk you take. Maybe

Funky..it's pretty simple. Like Melissa said, Virginia has a straight-forward calculation on what is to be paid out based on income and expenses. Is the entire lot for child support or is alimony invovled? My buddy just split up with his slacker wife, and well, he is just realizing it was a mistake to leave before she found a job. Get your baby momma a job and that will change how much you pa

papashango, I looked into solar panels briefly, but didn't really get to deep after seeing the cost. What kind are you installing? Just curious as someday I still want to install some and I'm wondering what you decided to go with at this point.

It's amazing, my HOA sent me letter about a 6"x6" patch of paint on the front of my townhouse trim not being painted (primed patch still), but they don't seem to have a problem with my neighbors dead shrubs and dirt yard, bags of McD's trash stacked up (nicely I must say) by the steps, the rusty lawn mower storage on the side of the house, the fence gate ripped off and laying on the ground or the

You'll quit if you really want to. I believe after three days the nicotine has left your body completely, so after that it's really just the behavioral addiction. Not saying it's easy by any means, but it all comes down to will power. Lurker's right, excercise is a great way to help.

Whatever you hermits. Let the kids run around screaming and yelling and having a good time. Let your dog bark. Just keep it in moderation. Why would someone move into a neighborhood and expect complete peace and quiet? If you want that, move to an isolated area.
