Anyone else notice that the speed limit on Rt. 123 from Clifton/Burke Lake Road is 55mph even though it is NOT an express way. Yet the Fairfax County Parkway speed limit is 50mph? It seems inconsistent considering there are more lights and houses along that stretch of 123.
