I watched the 2004 tornado track North through centreville, i saw it when it was near the sewage treatment facility, and tracked north over Lee OVerlook, into London Town and up Stone Rd. last night: hovered for about 30 minutes from about 1145p-1215a what i caught on the scanner: girlfriend screaming on front lawn in "west centreville" (behind giant/library) while cops were in pursuit of boyfriend. boyfriend called 911 and tried to explain. meanwhile she said they had a gun, cops could not locate in it's "storage place" so they were looking all over for it and assumed he had it.

i believe the solution is: the comma after "stop" needs to be moved to after "approaching" like this: "A person is guilty of reckless driving who fails to stop when approaching, from any direction, any school bus which is stopped on any highway, private road or school driveway for the purpose of taking on or discharging children." it's all about what words answer what questions: 'stop' when/
