So on those exit ramps where it is possible to bypass a lot of backed up traffic (Exits on 66E for 123 and 234 come to mind)...I'm pretty sure it is illegal to pass traffic without the intention of exiting the interstate. Has anyone ever been pulled over for doing this? What does the citation actually say?

As a federal employee I can say that MOST federal employees are not lazy. You definitely have some that somehow fly through the payscale and are sitting pretty at a 13 while never doing any work. Kind of frustrating, but they'll never move past that!

As a former player under Coach Day, I can attest to his knowledge and experience on the offensive side of the ball. He better get a great defensive coordinator wherever he ends up!
