Wilton House Condos

Anyone here live/lived in the Wilton House condos near Dunn Loring metro? Any reviews or thoughts about it?

Don't do it! RUN as fast and as far as you can. The person who commented earlier is not kidding.. the place has made me a very bitter person. HOA is a nightmare, other residents are snobby and nasty and the building is falling apart at the seams.

You do know the HOA fees are crazy high right? I pay almost $500 per month and it only covers your trash... lol. They budget a tremendous amount of money to things like mowing the dead grass outside. How about we grow the grass first. that's just an example...

I promise you that you will be much better off somewhere else.

The owner of the condo was going to pay HOA fees. Didn't work out anyway, but thank you for the input! I'll be sure to remember it in the future.
