Don't you watch the news? These lunatics never just shoot themselves. It's always a room full of strangers, a school, or their family first.

Your loyalty is admirable and your honesty is refreshing. However, in this particular instance, if he "goes and hurts someone," it will be "with you." He already caused enough of a ruckus to put a school on a security alert, has said his reputation and life or whatever is ruined because of this whole thing, and has said repeatedly he "can't stop."
He, as a crazy person, is unable to control his actions at this point. You, as a not-crazy person, can at least stop enabling him.

If you lived with this guy and you were his wife or child, would you tell him he can't get on the internet? I sure as hell wouldn't. If he acts like this on the internet, while his kids are sitting in the room with him no less, I can only imagine what he'd be like to deal with in real life. Hell, he already said he's going to a therapist with his wife even though he doesn't want therapy.
I just don't see what you two, as anonymous internet users, have to gain by tormenting an obviously-disturbed man who's now blaming the sorry state of his life on you. It's all fun and games until the crazy person thinks he's found out who you are and stabs some random person thinking they're "Gordon Blvd."
