Marc and Lowell used to call into the D&M show back when they were in their teens. Marc ended up interning for D&M at JFK I think, or for TMOS, I forget which.

He was not an original member of the podcast, and came in to intern again a few months into the new format. He had never worked in radio aside from the internship.

Mike O'Meara's funniest when he's not trying to be.

He started today's show with a Jack Kent Cooke impression. Seriously.

The funny part was when he followed it up by criticizing Robb for leaving a bunch of out-dated movie clips for Marc to play in his absence.

Maybe Mike could try limiting his impressions to celebrities who died less than ten years ago. That might help make the show a little more "current".

The show has been interesting. The guys can tell a story or have a conversation without Rob butting in with so called "funny", or racists comments or stupid "shannon in the morning" drops.

It's actually a nice change.

I decided to give the show another shot yesterday. I figured the worst part of the show and his audio vault were gone, so it was as good a day as any.

Awful. I don't think I laughed once. Oscar talking about hurting himself, OMeara trying to relate it to his own poor health, and don't forget when Mike scolded someone for not taking care of a sponsor that was "thier" account. Listening to weatherband radio would have been more entertaining.

i hate to say it but I need blob(b) on the show to enable me to listen. He is so bad...I hang on every word of his, waiting for a voice crack or a terrible, non topical joke or an audio clip from years ago.
The show without blob(b) is just another boring show-I did try adam carolla's car cast show the other day and it was so much better

I am just finding it hard to believe that nobody on the show just doesn't go off on Mike's hypocritical ass. For him to give shit to ANYONE on the show about not being "professional" at an event is beyond laughable. In the last 6 months, he has missed the Oaktown Wine Shop and the Community College appearances because he was too hungover. Not too mention, failing to show up for "work" when he was hungover in the bedroom. When Oscar was talking about the radio "code" and coming in when he wasn't feeling well and Mike totally agreeing with him as "that's how it should be" I wanted to reach through the U-Stream and slap his jowls. He's exhibiting Elvis-like behavior, except Elvis had talent (and money).

Mike often admonishes the crew and tells them to "not get comfortable." Or what? Is he going to take a non-paying low-tier podcast away from them? I don't blame Oscar - he is doing what the others should be doing; getting on with his life with a real career and treating the podcast as the hobby that it is. For the others to do this full-time and have it still suck is beyond comprehension. Each guy is only responsible for about 10-15 minutes A DAY. Seriously? Full-time? Stop wanking it and either put in some effort or pull the plug. It's like a time-lapse photo of a heart attack. I can see the arteries hardening, the blood slowing and Mike's corpse-like pallor, but nothing is being done.

Chad is turning into a monster. His friends are so scared of him that they concoct ridiculous lies just to get out of going to his mandatory social activities. He's a weird mix of Don and Mike. I think Oscar could check him, if he wasn't so agreeable. Besides Chad berating his friends again, BOAD turned in their first entertaining episode in months this week.

An ex of mine is friends with Chad and goes over to his place regularly. She's also friends with BDK. I like neither of those gentlemen, which is why she's my ex.

It sounds nutty but the correlation is there.

It would be a sad state of LFF's personal relationships if it didn't bother his family and friends. Truth is a creased earlobe is an indication of possible heart disease. It's been pointed out on this forum before, and we know LFF and the krewe read it. If he hasn't done so already, LFF should see a heart doctor.
