"Jennifer" is simply Mike's manifestation of his inner womanhood. He subconsciously envies Caitlyn Jenner more than anyone else. If Carla and Michael leave for any extended period of time, I fully expect Mike to start cross dressing.

Are they using music legally on the failcast? I mean during the intros/outros to breaks and used as musical beds during live reads. That's copyrighted material, right? I assume they're covered by KCJJ's rights when they are broadcast on there and by the tiny shore station when on there. But when it's posted online for downloading as a podcast, are they still covered? I can't think of other podcasts that use non-generic music. Almost all use generic, instrumental music as show intros and endings.

Found this on a forum, but would love to know if the TMOS crew (specifically Eightt) is violating copyright laws.
